Introduction | Career Opportunities | APPL News | Documents June, 2008 APPL Inc. has used its analytical excellence to bring quality data analysis and customer service for over 26 years. We are proud to announce that we are expanding our lab for our third time! APPL Inc. broke ground on June 2nd, 2008 onto it's recently acquired land in the new Clovis Research and Technology Park, located off of Alluvial and Temperance. (Nearly directly off the Temperance exit on 168.) Among those attending the event was four previous Clovis Governors, representatives from California State University of Fresno, and representatives of the City of Clovis. This move will upgrade APPL's roughly 9,000 square foot lab to over 20,000 square feet. This new laboratory building will be the new home of APPL Inc.'s latest instrumentation, including the High Resolution Mass Spectrophotometer, PCR, and puck grinder. Stay tuned as we expect to "get the keys" around Feb-May of 2009. And... Here is our building progress. Enjoy! (Click images to make them larger) June 02, 2008: Ground Breaking ceremony. June 08, 2008: Pad Border in place and West wall takes shape. July 08, 2008: Pad is poured, West wall is up, Framing has begun. July 24, 2008: Low roof is nearly in place. High roof starts this week. August 7, 2008: High roof, HVAC, and fire sprinklers have begun. August 21, 2008: Skinning will begin soon, and the interior walls have begun. August 29, 2008: Exterior nearly skinned, interior electrical and plumbing well on their way.
